2) How to order your products?
a) Please try to let us know the detailed specifications, packing , quantity and other requirements for the products you want to buy. And what you wish to pack. Sometimes you need to send us a picture or sample to help us to know what you really want.
b) We come to an agreement on price, quality, quantity, packaging, delivery time, payment terms.
c) You are normally required to send us a purchase order or we sign a contract between us. If payment terms is L/C, you should open a letter of credit accordingly.
d) We start the production and effect the shipment according to the L/C or contract.

Firstly, please let us know your contact information, the product you are interested in, the specifications, package, order quantity, and other requirements if any.Then we will quote you the prices accordingly. 4) What is your requested order quantity?
Our goods are for wholesale instead of retail, so we usually don’t accept order less than 1x20ft container except it is for sample or some acceptable special use.
5) May I ask for free samples?
May, but not all customers can get our free samples. Please let us know your enough information to help us to decide if we should send free samples to you. If the sample is expensive or we have not the exact samples in hand and we must produce specially for you, you are possibly required to pay for the samples.
6) Do you give quantity discount?
Yes. Normally larger quantity means lower price.
7) What is normal lead time for delivery of my order?
Normally 7-14 days after receipt of your down payment. It is based on our stock condition and the quantity of your order.
8) What is your payment terms?
We may accept L/C or D/P, but we prefer the following payment term:
1) You transfer the 30%-50% advance payment to us by T/T after order confirmation.
2) We make the shipment immediately after the receipt of the deposit
3) We send you all the scanned copies of shipping documents by email after the shipment.
4) You transfer the balance amount to us by T/T.
5) We send all the original documents to you by DHL as soon as we receive the balance payment.

The best temperature to store garlic is -3 to 0 celsius degrees, with ventilation 15CBM/H and humidity 65%.
10) What is the shelf life for garlic?
The garlic can be kept for 6-12 months under suitable conditions including temperature, ventilation and humidity, but the quality will be effected if stored for too long time.
